Strategic product proposal (Language and Math modules with market data) + Consultation on a TikTok campaign
Hello, Flashka team:
I’m a user of your app, and I’m writing to you because I think the app has incredible potential, but it needs to take a small leap forward to fully dominate the student market. To be completely honest, at first I was just looking for a platform or a feature within the app to practice my speaking skills for my exam, but I started thinking about it—I was a little bored—and, in the end, I came up with a whole strategic proposal based on the current market that I think might interest you a lot.
Given the success of Professor Ka, the automatic quiz generation, and the spaced repetition system, I believe Flashka could expand into a comprehensive platform for preparing for official exams and exact sciences, capturing a massive global user base.
Here’s a breakdown of the proposal along with current industry data supporting this move:
1. Global Language Module: Interactive and Customizable Simulator
The target audience preparing for language exams needs to simulate the real conditions of dynamic tests (especially the oral section). I am aware that it is impossible to meet the hyper-specific needs of every user, as each student has a different level or a specific goal. Therefore, my proposal is to create a hybrid system:
Fixed structure for the most popular exams: Create pre-established sections for the most sought-after certifications (Cambridge, IELTS, TOEFL). This helps users orient themselves and provides a clear guide to their exam’s structure.
Advanced and Customizable Oral AI (in the style of "Learn Anything"): Just below those sections, an AI based on the engine of your "Learn Anything " feature (which has really impressed me) should be integrated, but adapted to the oral format. The user should be able to interact with Professor Ka via voice, but by first giving instructions on what they need: "I want you to act as a Cambridge C1 examiner, monitor whether I speak too much or too little, and provide in-depth feedback with advanced vocabulary alternatives when I finish. "
Language Learning Impact Data: Currently, there are over 1.5 billion people studying English worldwide (20% of the global population), and English modules account for 67% of total usage on language learning platforms.
Self-learning apps already dominate 58% of this market, and platforms that have embraced gamification and digital communities, such as Duolingo, attract over 116 million active users per month. Integrating an advanced oral simulator would position you ahead of them in the sector of serious and academic students.
2. Universal Math Module: Step-by-Step Analytical Tutor
Math is the subject that generates the most frustration globally and requires the most consistent support from middle and high school students. Flashka would attract millions of users if it implemented a guided problem-solving system instead of just providing the direct answer.
How it works: When a problem is entered, the AI shouldn’t just display the final result. The user should be able to interact with the system to break down the procedure step by step. If the student gets stuck at a certain point, the AI should detect the exact conceptual error, explain the underlying rule (for example, in analytic geometry or vectors), and propose a quick sub-quiz to verify that the logic has been understood before continuing.
Impact Data in Math: Photomath (now owned by Google) has nearly 300 million downloads globally and tens of millions of monthly active users who solve over 2.2 billion math problems per month. Its main audience is between 13 and 24 years old (your ideal target ).
Khan Academy has over 189 million registered users and about 105 million active students annually, demonstrating that the step-by-step guided learning format and problem-solving skills are exactly what students are desperately seeking.
3. Inquiry about the TikTok advertising campaign
Finally, on a completely different note, I saw your promotion where you offer a reward (around €100) to users for uploading promotional videos about Flashka to TikTok. I’m very interested in participating and collaborating with you on this, since I’m a student and use Flashka a lot...
