Hybrid Study Algorithm

Introduce a toggle in the deck settings labeled "Respect Manual Order." When enabled, the SRS algorithm still determines when a card is due, but if multiple cards are due simultaneously, they are presented according to the user's manual arrangement rather than the creation timestamp.
